A graduate of the University of Kansas, Richard Grove began his career with Burson-Marsteller. He has worked within Itel Corp, GE Capital and IT&T. Grove was an executive with DDB Needham, Burson-Marsteller and his own entrepreneurial ventures in entertainment. He founded INK inc PR in 1997.
